William Shatner, enjoying three orders of honey-garlic spareribs from three Chinese restaurants in his hometown of Montreal (including Yangtze and Gourmet Hot & Spicy) backstage at the Theatre St. Denis during the Just for Laughs comedy festival, where he hosted two galas.

• Real life Friends Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox Arquette, chatting over an Italian dinner at Santa Monica staple Giorgio Baldi. The onscreen “couple” feasted at downtown New York steak joint the Strip House with a nine-person group. Meanwhile, the night before the two dined with another funnyman, Chris Rock, at Buddakan. “They were very rowdy,” a source says of the trio, who stayed until midnight.
