Matthew McConaughey, standing with his arm around pregnant girlfriend Camila Alves at a gig for reggae artist Mishka at the Viper Room in West Hollywood. The actor played the part of proud host at the show for the singer, who’s on McConaughey’s Just Keep Livin record label. He introduced Mishka to the crowd as “very conscious and very cool.” Clad in a white T-shirt and jeans, McConaughey chatted with pals in the all-star crowd, including Charlize Theron (who was there with beau Stuart Townsend) and singer Pink. Meanwhile, Alves protected her pregnant belly as she weaved through the busy venue and mingled with friends.

Kanye West, ordering a snack-food feast – hot wings, mini burgers, chicken tenders and ribs – at Vancouver eatery the Cactus Club before heading off to his concert. “He was a real charmer and brought his huge appetite to match his huge personality,” a restaurant staffer tells us.

Christina Aguilera, hosting a Sex and the City-themed surprise party for a makeup-artist pal at The Abbey in West Hollywood. The new mom and her 25 guests sipped on custom cocktails inspired by the ladies of SATC, including The Carrie cosmo and a sour-apple martini called The Miranda, while shirtless waiters passed out calamari and chicken satay. The highlight of the affair: a Manolo Blahnik-shaped cake.

Donald Faison and CaCee Cobb, holding hands as they left the Arclight Cinemas in Hollywood. The couple chatted cheerfully with each other as they headed to their car in the parking garage.

Mischa Barton, being led by the hand by a gaggle of gal pals at the Nylon magazine and MySpace Celebrity party to celebrate the annual “School of Rock” issue. The actress – who wore a sweater dress and brown suede jacket – hung out with her clique, including a long-haired guy who hugged and nuzzled her, as an all-girl punk band rocked the house. Also making the scene: Audrina Patridge, who told us making Into the Blue 2 was “a great experience. I’m addicted and I want to do more. It’s so different than reality, and I love it.”
