was encouraging," an onlooker reported. Another vacationer, Lacey Smith,

saw that "Maddox was a natural, but [skiing] wasn't coming that

easily for Pax. One of the times he fell down, Brad said, 'That's okay

– way to go. Good job!'"

Earlier in the month, after returning home from a humanitarian mission in Iraq, she said, "I love being a mom, and I think that's my big passion: my family."
