Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan is an American professional basketball player and entrepreneur. He began his 15-season professional basketball career with the Chicago Bulls in 1984. Jordan went on to win six NBA championships and five NBA MVPs. He was part of the U.S. men's basketball team known as the "Dream Team," which won a gold medal at the 1992 Olympics. Jordan spent two seasons with the Washington Wizards before retiring in 2003.  Jordan has collaborated with Nike on his Air Jordan shoe line since he debuted the first pair in 1984. In 1996, he starred in the film Space Jam. Jordan bought the Charlotte Hornets in 2010 when they were known as the Bobcats.
