Joaquin Phoenix

Joaquin Phoenix is an American actor. He rose to fame with his appearances in SpaceCamp (1986) and Parenthood (1989). Some of his most notable films include To Die For (1995), Quills (2000), Gladiator (2000), The Village (2004), The Master (2012), Her (2013) and You Were Never Really Here (2017). In 2006, he won both a Grammy Award and a Golden Globe Award and earned an Academy Award nomination for his portrayal of musician Johnny Cash in the 2005 biopic Walk the Line. In 2020, he won an Academy Award for Best Actor for playing the title character in 2019's Joker.
