Ariana Grande is an American singer, songwriter, and actor. Grande first rose to fame for her role as Cat Valentine on the Nickelodeon show Victorious. She began her singing career with her 2013 debut album Yours Truly, which topped the US Billboard 200. Since then, she has become one of the world's best-selling musical artists, is the most streamed female artist in history. Grande has been nominated for 15 Grammys since 2013, winning two. In 2017, a terrorist detonated a homemade bomb while fans were leaving an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England. Twenty-three people were killed and over 1,000 were injured, many of them children. Grande launched a benefit concert, One Love Manchester, two weeks after the bombing to raise money for the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, which helped victims of the attack.
