Leave it to celebrities to make an old trend new again. Headbands — once the preferred accessory of third-graders everywhere — made a triumphant return to the red carpet last night on actresses Michelle Williams, Charlize Theron and Busy Philipps.
Williams kept her blonde pixie under wraps in a vintage Fred Leighton for Forevermark headband, while Theron accentuated her soft do with a vintage Cartier band. Meanwhile, Cougartown‘s Busy Philipps put her own twist on the trend, using a simple platinum band to keep her updo in place.
We’re loving the return of headbands, but want to know what you think. Tell us: Are you a fan of the trend? Whose hairpiece was your favorite?
