What We're Loving Right Now
NEU NOMADS "CAPRI" KAFTAN DRESS
Zoë Ruderman, Editor of People.com: A lot of fashion brands tout their eco-friendliness, but here's one that really earns that bragging right. From the ethical supply chain to the dying done in a facility that "runs on solar power and rain water purification technology," there's a lot to feel good about when wearing this label. It doesn't hurt that the pieces are pretty and flattering. This dress has replaced my leggings-and-tee lounging uniform around the house, but it works just as well as a vacation going-out outfit.

LEVI'S RE/DONE CINDY CRAWFORD COLLECTION
When Cindy Crawford puts her name on something, we're jumping on the bandwagon. Which is why we've all been twinning in the office in her curated shop RE/DONE denim collection. They fit great, they’re flattering and have the supermodel stamp of approval. (Totally worth the price tag, right?)
Buy It! RE/DONE "The Crawford" Original, $240; shopredone.com
DARN TOUGH NO-SHOW SOCKS
Zoë Ruderman, Editor of People.com: I had resigned myself to a life of no-show socks that slip, bunch and well, show. Then I found these. They're the holy grail of no-shows and they—like all socks from Darn Tough—come with a lifetime guarantee. Yes, really, a lifetime guarantee.
Buy It! Darn Tough no show socks, $14; darntough.com
Alex Apatoff, Deputy Style Director: Two of my favorite places in the world to shop: Paris and Elizabeth Street in N.Y.C. So when the quintessentially French brand Sézane launched a gorgeous shop downtown, my heart sang and my wallet wept. Luckily the brand's incredibly stylish, lovely and versatile pieces aren't bank-breaking for the quality - I'd expect to pay a lot more for this luxe mixed-media bucket bag that I've been wearing all fall (and getting compliments on all the while).

SMITH "RANGE" CAMO SUNGLASSES
Zoë Ruderman, Editor of People.com: In addition to looking very, very cool (camo tortoiseshell! rose gold! fun shape!), these sunglasses feature something called ChromaPop, which lets you to better distinguish colors and also increases clarity. I'm a big fan of their ski goggles for that very reason and now I'm giving my eyes the same treatment even when I'm off the slopes.
Buy It! Smith Optics "Range" sunglasses, $169; smithoptics.com
SHIFFON CO'S "DUET" PINKY RING
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: A Fashion Faceoff between Nicole Kidman, Shailene Woodley, Emma Watson, Doutzen Krous and Elizabeth Olsen isn't all that surprising. But a Fashion Faceoff between all of them and Kofi Annan is. Well, it's surprising until you find out the reason they've all worn the ring. Half of proceeds from the delicate piece of jewelry go to seed grants for female entreprenuers and female-focused startups. In their words, it's a "pinky promise" to help the advancement of women around the world. Now, that is a Faceoff worth getting in on.

MOTHER X MINNETONKA MOCCASINS
Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor:As a longtime fan of both MOTHER Denim and Minnetonka, I couldn’t be more excited about the brands' collaboration on a collection of four limited-edition moccasin styles, which all have a bohemian-yet-edgy vibe to them. These '70s-inspired moccasins are the perfect comfy fall shoe — I plan on throwing them on with a pair of jeans and soft sweater every weekend!
Buy It! MOTHER x Minnetonka Cosmic Moc, $95; motherdenim.com
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: One of the best side effects of pregnancy was how amazing my hair looked: thick, shiny and just glorious overall. Fast forward a year and that Disney princess-worthy mane is now a lifeless pile of strands accented by broken bits around my hairline. I've been trying out different treatments to restore some luster, and I'm loving this serum/oil hybrid (there are three scents, but I'm partial to Willow). I apply it to dry hair (from roots to ends) and let it soak in for at least 20 minutes before shampooing. My hair felt significantly softer after the first use and I'm hoping that over time it makes it stronger and eventually, longer.

RENT THE RUNWAY NOW
Alex Apatoff, Deputy Style Director: I just had a baby and experienced the panic of trying on my formal clothes and realizing nothing fit ... 24 hours before I needed something to fit. Thank God for the Rent the Runway people, who just launched same-day delivery in N.Y.C. I managed to squeeze into this super cute and flattering Christian Siriano dress, avoiding tears and ensuring I looked appropriate for the event.

DIMA ARABO MOLDING PUTTY
Mark Marino, Contributing Writer: Dima Arabo has styled the heads of models, actors, TV personalities — and yours truly. I've been going to his salon for years, and during that time, he created Dima Arabo Molding Putty, an all-organic pomade he initially used on clients and has now made available to the masses. My hair has a mind of its own, and all I need is a tiny amount of product to style it and keep it under control. The pomade goes on light, washes out easily and works on all hair types. I swear by the stuff!

CASEMATE IPHONE CASE
Kaitlyn Frey, Style & Beauty Assistant: It sounds funny to say it, but when it comes to finding the perfect iPhone case, it takes me months and months to settle on the right style. But once I laid eyes on Casemate's sparklers, I knew I needed to stock up -- ASAP. Right now, I am loving this iridescent pearl gem and bronze glitter covered case for its aesthetic, but also because it allows my phone to survive heart-wrenching drops on the pavement.

KAANAS "TATACOA" SNEAKERS
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: Lately I've been on a laceups-and-dresses kick. Actually, let me rephrase: Lately I've been on a kick of commuting in laceups and a dress, arriving at work with every intention of changing into heels then never actually getting around to it. And you know what, I'm fine with that. Especially with sneakers like these, which pair surprisingly well with nearly every skirt and dress I won. (They even make slightly dressier skirts work-appropriate thanks the the sneakers dress-down abilities.) I also like that these pass for designer and look like they cost about five times what they really do. Sorry, desk-drawer heels, see you maybe next season.
Buy It! Kaanas "Tatacoa" leather sneakers, $119; kaanas.com
TIMBUK2 "DRIFT" KNAPSACK
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: The words "chic" and "backpack" don't typically get used together. (Though I'm sure if you asked middle school me if I thought my double-zip teal L.L. Bean pack was chic, I would have said yes.) This new one from Timbuk2, part of their fashion-y and feminine collection, actually is chic, though. It's got comfy straps, a protective compartment for your laptop, plus tons of organizational pockets. Oh, and the finish and details will make you feel like the opposite of an awkward 7th grader.
Buy It! Timbuk2 "Drift" knapsack, $129; timbuk2.com
JOE'S X TAYLOR HILL
Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor: Taylor Hill has teamed up with Joe’s to create a capsule collection featuring five denim essentials and needless to say, I found them “essential” to my wardrobe — especially these pearl-embellished denim shorts. I love the high-rise style and the pearls feel so of-the-moment. Plus, now I can give my old ripped up cutoffs a much needed break.
Buy It! Joe’s x Taylor Hill The Charlie Shorts, $198; joesjeans.com
VICI RUFFLED TOP
Colleen Kratofil, Style Writer-Reporter: Summer just started and I've already fallen into the trap of re-wearing the same outfits again and again. So in an effort to make sure I expand my style, I did a little shopping at ViciCollection.com. Everything is very on-trend and very reasonably-priced, so with all the chic new pieces in my closet (like this one-shoulder top), there's no excuse to reach for that same old plain white tee anymore.
Buy It! Vici set sail striped one-shoulder ruffle top, $48; vicicollection.com
THIRDLOVE LACE RACERBACK BRA
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: I can't scroll through Insta or listen to a podcast without seeing/hearing about this bra. And after reading the reviews (they're pretty gushing) I decided to give it a whirl (they have quite the try-before-you-buy policy). The verdict: as good as everyone says. The cups are cushy like a memory foam pillow, the straps stay put and the cut adds a bit of lift without feeling like you in a torture device/corset. But unlike other "comfort bras," these are bras you'd actually want to show off.

REBECCA MINKOFF WATCHES
Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor: Rebecca Minkoff teamed up with Movado to create classic watches with a trendy spin. Each piece reflects her brand aesthetic, from the signature guitar-strap bag stitching to the stud details. I love that the straps are interchangeable, allowing you to have fun and customize your watch— I couldn’t choose between the soft, monochromatic look of the embroidery or the edginess of the studs, so I’m buying both!
OLIVE & JUNE "SATURDAY" SANDAL
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: My favorite nail salon (it's also a favorite of a lot of celebrities) just launched a leather sandal that you'll actually want to wear post-pedi. As in, a trillion gazillion times better and chicer than those rubber flip-flops. Actually, you'll want to wear these not just post-pedi, but all summer. They can be tied a bunch of different ways and you can even mix and match different colored laces. (And good news for girls like me who refuse to wear uncomfy shoes no matter how cute they are: These ones are nice and cushy thanks to memory foam padding.)
Buy It! Olive and June "Saturday" sandal, $65; olivejune.com
SCHUTZ CITY GIRL SLIDES
Brittany Talarico, Senior Style Editor: Thanks to this new capsule collection from Schutz, I just found my new go-to beach shoe. Inspired by New York, these slides feature cheeky sayings like “Chill Out,” “City Girl,” and “Summer Nights.” They look just as cute with a bikini as they do with cutoffs and a white tee.

AWAY X MADEWELL LIMITED EDITION CARRY-ON SUITCASE
Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor: My boyfriend recently moved to Newport, Rhode Island, and I plan on making many trips there this summer, which means I’ve been in the market for the perfect weekend suitcase. Luckily, Madewell and Away have teamed up just in time for summer travel to create this special edition two-tone carry-on. It’s unbreakable (guranteed for life!), and has a built-in charger, which is great because I’m notorious for my phone being dead!

GREATS 'ROYALE' SNEAKER
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: Every morning I put on comfy shoes and commute to work with every intention to change into one of the eight pairs of heels I keep at my desk. Then 2pm rolls around and—whaddya know?—still in comfy shoes. Which is why I'm making a conscious decision to invest in fun flats that aren't, well, basic flats (read: no more ballet slippers). I'm having a real love affair with lace-ups and this blush-hued perf pair makes me feel totally fine with ignoring the heels under my desk all day.

BODEN ICONS COLLECTION PALAZZO PANT
Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor: One of my favorite brands has launched a limited edition collection, Boden Icons. Needless to say, I had to shop the line immediately, and I fell in love with these striped palazzo pants as soon as I saw them. Not only are the bold colors eye-catching, but the volume and movement of the pants is also striking. They are definitely one of those pieces in your closet that you whip out when you need something special and super-cool to wear, whether dressed down with a t-shirt and white sneakers or more formal with a silk tank and strappy heels.
Buy It! Boden Icons Margot Palazzo Pant, $270; bodenusa.com
IT Cosmetics Brush Set
Jillian Ruffo, Associate Beauty Editor: I'd estimate that my makeup brush collection holds upwards of 100 brushes (yes, I know) -- from eye shadow to contouring and beyond. But while it continues to grow, I continue to return to my set of beloved IT Cosmetics brushes. Not only do they have some of the softest bristles I've ever felt, they're also cruelty-free, crazy long-lasting and some are even double-sided, making them perfect for travel. But the real proof that they're awesome? I've spotted the double-sided complexion perfection brush (third from left) in the kits of multiple makeup artists -- including Kim Kardashian's go-to pro, Mario Dedivanovic.
Buy It! IT CosmeticsYour Must-Have Brush Set with Brush Roll, $65 (plus 25% off until April 28th); itcosmetics.com
Alex Apatoff, Deputy Style Director: I know what you're thinking, and let me stop you right there: I didn't think I was a bralette person either. But this bralette is some magic combination of sexy and supportive without being overly lined or padded. It looks great under clothes (whether or not you're wearing it to be seen), it's not flimsy or flammable-feeling, and it's so comfortable I've even worn it well into my pregnancy! I'm telling everyone I know to get one, and that now includes you.
Buy It! Lively colorblock mesh bralette, $35; wearlively.com
Material Girl / Mystical World: The Now Age Guide to a High-Vibe Life
Brittany Talarico, Senior Style Editor: I've been on a non-fiction kick lately, and I recently finished this book in two days while on Spring Break. Ruby Warrington (founder of the fashion/culture online magazine The Numinous) documents her own path of self discovery, from leaving her dream job as fashion journalist to creating her own digital publication, citing her own transformative experiences with meditation, tarot and astrology. It will inspire you to live in the "Now Age," and I enjoyed it so much I'm reading it for a second time with my book club.

Mally Beauty Mascara
Kaitlyn Frey, Style & Beauty Assistant: Finding your perfect mascara isn't easy, and more often than not, I'm disappointed by ones that I try. To put it frankly, this one blew me out of the water. While I normally like to layer two or three different ones each day (I know, I'm a bit crazy), when I tried this new formula from Mally Beauty, my lashes looked so long, curled and voluminous, I didn't even want to put on another. The icing on the cake? My equally as makeup-obsessed roommate thought I was wearing false lashes. Now that is what I call a winner!
Buy It! Mally Beauty More is More Mascara, $20; mallybeauty.com
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: I do NOT need another tote bag. At least that’s what I told myself when my friend posted a pic of herself with this cute nylon style. Then I read her caption which revealed that the bag and the straps are reversible and you can add personalized flair with pins, snaps and tassels, and well, you can guess what happened next. I went with the silver/black carryall version (plus some smiley face and lip pins), but the camo print is cute too. Bonus: The bag is super lightweight and fits tons of stuff so it’s great for travel.

TORY SPORT RUFFLE SNEAKERS
Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor: Ruffles is one of the major trends for spring, and I’m currently obsessing over the look so much that I just had to purchase these Tory Burch shoes. I love the combination of the feminine ruffle with the athletic sneaker.
Buy It! Tory Sport Sneakers, $225; torysport.com
Dr. Dana Lips & Tips
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: When this double-ended wand arrived at the office, I was about to add it to the giant bin of lip glosses and balms in the beauty closet (a place that's as magical as it sounds), when I realized one side was actually a gel-oil cuticle treatment. So clever! But where should it go in the closet — with the lip or the nail stuff? I solved this unique conundrum by putting it my own cosmetics bag and my lips and cuticles have never looked better.

Lush Spa The Planets Treatment
Kaitlyn Frey, Style & Beauty Assistant: For a lifechanging spa treatment unlike any other, you need to take the trek over to the Lush Spa in N.Y.C. The Planets treatment transports you to a tranquil getaway of a full-body massage, relaxing facial and hand massage that will release physical, emotional and mental tension. When you arrive to the quaint space, you pick a card out of a deck that features one of the nine planets. Then, your entire treatment is customized to what you choose. I selected Mercury, which meant my entire experience was based off of the word "release" - exactly what I needed after a stress-filled week at work.
The expert massage therapist uses all natural Lush Cosmetics products throughout the treatment, so if you're not ready to shell out the cash to do it yourself, you can create your own at-home Lush Spa experience. Just grab one of their face masks, a massage bar and moisturizer so you're good to go.

VICTORIA'S SECRET LACED-UP BRALETTE
Brittany Talarico, Senior Style Editor: I've recently ditched most of my underwire bras in favor of bralettes, and this new debut from the Victoria's Secret Dream Angels collection is currently at the top of my rotation. It looks so cute layered under a V-neck white tee or a button-down chambray shirt. It's also so comfortable that I feel very free while wearing it, but it still manages to give a nice lift thanks to the lace-up style.

SKINNY TAN 7 DAY TANNER
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: A roommate once forced me to count the number of self-tanners I had in the apartment. I think her goal was to shame me into purging, but it had the opposite effect. Those 21 (yep) different products only solidified my belief that I'm a bronzing connoisseur whose mission to test every one out there and report back to the world (read: pale, sunscreen-obsessed friends like me) could not be swayed. This one passes my test. Why? It gives instant color as well as a long-lasting one, it doesn't streak even if you're a lazy applier, it's paraben free and—this is a big one—it smells like coconut.
