NEU NOMADS "CAPRI" KAFTAN DRESS
Zoë Ruderman, Editor of People.com: A lot of fashion brands tout their eco-friendliness, but here's one that really earns that bragging right. From the ethical supply chain to the dying done in a facility that "runs on solar power and rain water purification technology," there's a lot to feel good about when wearing this label. It doesn't hurt that the pieces are pretty and flattering. This dress has replaced my leggings-and-tee lounging uniform around the house, but it works just as well as a vacation going-out outfit.

DARN TOUGH NO-SHOW SOCKS
Zoë Ruderman, Editor of People.com: I had resigned myself to a life of no-show socks that slip, bunch and well, show. Then I found these. They're the holy grail of no-shows and they—like all socks from Darn Tough—come with a lifetime guarantee. Yes, really, a lifetime guarantee.

SÉZANE BAG
Alex Apatoff, Deputy Style Director: Two of my favorite places in the world to shop: Paris and Elizabeth Street in N.Y.C. So when the quintessentially French brand Sézane launched a gorgeous shop downtown, my heart sang and my wallet wept. Luckily the brand's incredibly stylish, lovely and versatile pieces aren't bank-breaking for the quality - I'd expect to pay a lot more for this luxe mixed-media bucket bag that I've been wearing all fall (and getting compliments on all the while).

SMITH "RANGE" CAMO SUNGLASSES
Zoë Ruderman, Editor of People.com: In addition to looking very, very cool (camo tortoiseshell! rose gold! fun shape!), these sunglasses feature something called ChromaPop, which lets you to better distinguish colors and also increases clarity. I'm a big fan of their ski goggles for that very reason and now I'm giving my eyes the same treatment even when I'm off the slopes.

SHIFFON CO'S "DUET" PINKY RING
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: A Fashion Faceoff between Nicole Kidman, Shailene Woodley, Emma Watson, Doutzen Krous and Elizabeth Olsen isn't all that surprising. But a Fashion Faceoff between all of them and Kofi Annan is. Well, it's surprising until you find out the reason they've all worn the ring. Half of proceeds from the delicate piece of jewelry go to seed grants for female entreprenuers and female-focused startups. In their words, it's a "pinky promise" to help the advancement of women around the world. Now, that is a Faceoff worth getting in on.

S.OIL
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: One of the best side effects of pregnancy was how amazing my hair looked: thick, shiny and just glorious overall. Fast forward a year and that Disney princess-worthy mane is now a lifeless pile of strands accented by broken bits around my hairline. I've been trying out different treatments to restore some luster, and I'm loving this serum/oil hybrid (there are three scents, but I'm partial to Willow). I apply it to dry hair (from roots to ends) and let it soak in for at least 20 minutes before shampooing. My hair felt significantly softer after the first use and I'm hoping that over time it makes it stronger and eventually, longer.

DIMA ARABO MOLDING PUTTY
Mark Marino, Contributing Writer: Dima Arabo has styled the heads of models, actors, TV personalities — and yours truly. I've been going to his salon for years, and during that time, he created Dima Arabo Molding Putty, an all-organic pomade he initially used on clients and has now made available to the masses. My hair has a mind of its own, and all I need is a tiny amount of product to style it and keep it under control. The pomade goes on light, washes out easily and works on all hair types. I swear by the stuff!

KAANAS "TATACOA" SNEAKERS
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: Lately I've been on a laceups-and-dresses kick. Actually, let me rephrase: Lately I've been on a kick of commuting in laceups and a dress, arriving at work with every intention of changing into heels then never actually getting around to it. And you know what, I'm fine with that. Especially with sneakers like these, which pair surprisingly well with nearly every skirt and dress I won. (They even make slightly dressier skirts work-appropriate thanks the the sneakers dress-down abilities.) I also like that these pass for designer and look like they cost about five times what they really do. Sorry, desk-drawer heels, see you maybe next season.

TIMBUK2 "DRIFT" KNAPSACK
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: The words "chic" and "backpack" don't typically get used together. (Though I'm sure if you asked middle school me if I thought my double-zip teal L.L. Bean pack was chic, I would have said yes.) This new one from Timbuk2, part of their fashion-y and feminine collection, actually is chic, though. It's got comfy straps, a protective compartment for your laptop, plus tons of organizational pockets. Oh, and the finish and details will make you feel like the opposite of an awkward 7th grader.

THIRDLOVE LACE RACERBACK BRA
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: I can't scroll through Insta or listen to a podcast without seeing/hearing about this bra. And after reading the reviews (they're pretty gushing) I decided to give it a whirl (they have quite the try-before-you-buy policy). The verdict: as good as everyone says. The cups are cushy like a memory foam pillow, the straps stay put and the cut adds a bit of lift without feeling like you in a torture device/corset. But unlike other "comfort bras," these are bras you'd actually want to show off.

Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: My favorite nail salon (it's also a favorite of a lot of celebrities) just launched a leather sandal that you'll actually want to wear post-pedi. As in, a trillion gazillion times better and chicer than those rubber flip-flops. Actually, you'll want to wear these not just post-pedi, but all summer. Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: Every morning I put on comfy shoes and commute to work with every intention to change into one of the eight pairs of heels I keep at my desk. Then 2pm rolls around and—whaddya know?—still in comfy shoes. Which is why I'm making a conscious decision to invest in fun flats that aren't, well, basic flats (read: no more ballet slippers). Needless to say, I had to shop the line immediately, and I fell in love with these striped palazzo pants as soon as I saw them. Not only are the bold colors eye-catching, but the volume and movement of the pants is also striking. IT Cosmetics Brush Set
Jillian Ruffo, Associate Beauty Editor: I'd estimate that my makeup brush collection holds upwards of 100 brushes (yes, I know) -- from eye shadow to contouring and beyond. But while it continues to grow, I continue to return to my set of beloved IT Cosmetics brushes. Not only do they have some of the softest bristles I've ever felt, they're also cruelty-free, crazy long-lasting and some are even double-sided, making them perfect for travel. But the real proof that they're awesome? I've spotted the double-sided complexion perfection brush (third from left) in the kits of multiple makeup artists -- including Kim Kardashian's go-to pro, Mario Dedivanovic.

LIVELY BRALETTE
Alex Apatoff, Deputy Style Director: I know what you're thinking, and let me stop you right there: I didn't think I was a bralette person either. But this bralette is some magic combination of sexy and supportive without being overly lined or padded. It looks great under clothes (whether or not you're wearing it to be seen), it's not flimsy or flammable-feeling, and it's so comfortable I've even worn it well into my pregnancy! Mally Beauty Mascara
Kaitlyn Frey, Style & Beauty Assistant: Finding your perfect mascara isn't easy, and more often than not, I'm disappointed by ones that I try. To put it frankly, this one blew me out of the water. While I normally like to layer two or three different ones each day (I know, I'm a bit crazy), when I tried this new formula from Mally Beauty, my lashes looked so long, curled and voluminous, I didn't even want to put on another. Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: I do NOT need another tote bag. At least that’s what I told myself when my friend posted a pic of herself with this cute nylon style. Then I read her caption which revealed that the bag and the straps are reversible and you can add personalized flair with pins, snaps and tassels, and well, you can guess what happened next. Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: When this double-ended wand arrived at the office, I was about to add it to the giant bin of lip glosses and balms in the beauty closet (a place that's as magical as it sounds), when I realized one side was actually a gel-oil cuticle treatment. So clever! But where should it go in the closet — with the lip or the nail stuff? I solved this unique conundrum by putting it my own cosmetics bag and my lips and cuticles have never looked better.

Lush Spa The Planets Treatment
Kaitlyn Frey, Style & Beauty Assistant: For a lifechanging spa treatment unlike any other, you need to take the trek over to the Lush Spa in N.Y.C. The Planets treatment transports you to a tranquil getaway of a full-body massage, relaxing facial and hand massage that will release physical, emotional and mental tension. When you arrive to the quaint space, you pick a card out of a deck that features one of the nine planets. Then, your entire treatment is customized to what you choose. I selected Mercury, which meant my entire experience was based off of the word "release" - exactly what I needed after a stress-filled week at work.
The expert massage therapist uses all natural Lush Cosmetics products throughout the treatment, so if you're not ready to shell out the cash to do it yourself, you can create your own at-home Lush Spa experience. Just grab one of their face masks, a massage bar and moisturizer so you're good to go.

SKINNY TAN 7 DAY TANNER
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: A roommate once forced me to count the number of self-tanners I had in the apartment. I think her goal was to shame me into purging, but it had the opposite effect. Those 21 (yep) different products only solidified my belief that I'm a bronzing connoisseur whose mission to test every one out there and report back to the world (read: pale, sunscreen-obsessed friends like me) could not be swayed. They have just enough stretch to suck you in without clinging or looking like jeggings, and they don't stretch out. Most importantly, they are so comfortable. I'll be wearing nothing else through the holidays.

SOREL RAIN BOOTS
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: Every year around March, I put away my Sorels and forget about them until the following winter. But now the brand—beloved for their snowboots—is launching a rain collection. What makes 'em different from other rain boots? No. Sweaty. Feet. Thanks to the breathable lining. (I can't be the only one who has this issue with wellies, right?) Another thing that sets them apart from other foul-weather footwear: They're nice and light. Oh yeah, and they're cute, too.

Thanks to Rebecca Minkoff's 50 percent off of sale items (use code RMSALE50 through Jan. 15) I can stock up on pieces like the gorgeous, classic bag above, no splurge required.

LEONOR GREYL HAIR MASK
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: Forget why French women don't get fat; I want to know why French women don't have bad hair days. I was recently in Paris and brought this up to a friend who responded with this recommendation: Leonor Greyl's ultra-nourishing mask. I've been using it once a week and my hair feels softer and shinier. And if you use this product then eat a baguette and drink a glass of wine, the calories don't count (at least, that's what I'm telling myself).

CYNTHIA ROWLEY DRESS
Brittany Talarico, Senior Style Editor: I love holiday party season, but my closet doesn't. Luckily, there's Rent the Runway to help ease my last-minute wardrobe panic attacks. The fast fashion site just opened a new flagship store in N.Y.C., so I booked a styling appointment to get a dress for an upcoming event. Thanks to the huge selection in the shop's "dream closet," I had a great experience. (Shoutout to my stylist Brandi for finding me this Cynthia Rowley mini!)

Burt's Bees Baby Twinkle Bee Pajama and Ornament Set
Sharon Kanter, Deputy Style Director: Many of my girlfriends (and co-workers!) are pregnant or moms of little ones, so I'm always in need of a go-to gift for baby birthdays and holidays. Lately, I've found that I keep turning to Burt's Bees Baby. Many items on the site come in pre-packaged bundles, so non-moms like me can figure out what to buy easily (thankfully). I'm currently into this cute pajama and ornament set — it's perfect for my adorable and super-huggable one-year-old nephew, Miles.

DONALD ROBERTSON SWEATSHIRT
Jillian Ruffo, Associate Beauty Editor: If you were to ask me to name my favorite account to follow on Instagram, it would be artist Donald Robertson's; photos of his amazing bright paintings paired with adorable videos of his twin toddler sons make for endless entertainment. So when he announced his collaboration with t-shirt brand Junk Food, I knew I had to get my hands on one of his designs -- and this tiger sweatshirt is my new favorite addition to my Saturday wardrobe.

CHELSEA AND WALKER 'ISABELE' JUMPSUIT
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: Wearing a jumpsuit to a holiday party or on New Year's Eve used to guarantee you'd stand out in a room full of dresses. No more. But I'm still banking on standout status thanks to this asymmetrical tuxedo version. I plan to wear it basically every night out from now until 2017.

MR. BURNS MAKEUP BAG BY SKINNYDIP LONDON
Sharon Kanter, Deputy Style Director: I'm not usually for kitschy things, but when I saw SkinnyDip London's new collaboration with The Simpsons, I straight-up laughed. Something about seeing cruel, mean Mr. Burns in his jammies on a rotary phone saying "Call Me" makes me smile, which is why it's a fun thing to carry around daily in this makeup bag form.

VICI ‘SHINE ON’ JACKET
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: A friend recently introduced me to this (affordable) site and I immediately gravitated to the sparkliest thing on there. The genius of a topper like this is that you can be wearing jeans and a tee, you put this on and suddenly you’re New Years Eve-ready. I can’t wait to get it and give my black moto jacket and black blazer some much-needed PTO.

ALEXIS BITTAR GEMSTONE WRAP AND CHOKER NECKLACE
Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor: The choker trend is still going — stron in fact, brands have taken it to the next level with embellishments and thick collars. They're totally the statement-making must-have piece. I love that this one can be both a necklace and a wrap bracelet — plus the gemstone isn't too much bling, so I can wear it with my everyday outfits.

APRIL SODERSTROM TASSEL HOOPS
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: I'm having a bit of a love affair with tassels (just bought a tasseled sweater, basically won't carry a bag without a tassel and am eyeing tasseled pillows). Have you seen that Portlandia skit, "Put a bird on it"? Basically, that's me but with tassels. So, naturally, these earrings are on my wish list. They're so fun and cheerful, plus they weigh next to nothing so I can wear them all day without getting sore ear lobes.

GRANDMA'S SECRET SPOT REMOVER
Emily Kirkpatrick, Associate Style News Editor: I've given up and accepted the fact that I am a messy person. Despite my best efforts, something always seems to fall on my lap leaving a seemingly indelible stain. That is, until I discovered this little gem that has saved more of my garments than I'd care to admit. Now that you know my secret, go forth, fellow slobs, and prosper!

MONICA VINADER BRACELET
Colleen Kratofil, Style Writer-Reporter: My jewelry style is all about delicate pieces I can wear with anything. So naturally I fell in love with Monica Vinader's latest collection. Everything is sleek and simple with just a subtle touch of sparkle. But I'm totally obsessed with the "Siren" bracelet's rose quartz stone, it's classically elegant and will match with everything else in my jewelry box.

FOX AND JANE SALON
Zoë Ruderman, Executive Director of Content Strategy: If you find yourself in New York City, San Diego or Colorado Springs and in need of a cut or color, go here. I recently discovered the Brooklyn outpost and now I go for (cheap!) root touchups regularly, plus highlights. The vibe is friendly (I spent the entirety of one visit getting restaurant recommendations from co-owner Lorean) and I always walk out of there wanting to take a bunch of selfies—the mark of a good hair appointment.

MZ WALLACE GYM BAG
Lindy Segal, style social editor: In my quest toward becoming a functioning adult, I recently started working out more frequently. (OK fine, I got my first-ever gym membership. Baby steps!) One thing that's kept me going regularly has been the opportunity to wear my cute new workout clothes, but the perfect gym bag has eluded me — until now. This cute quilted bag can withstand being stuffed in my locker, plus it comes with a bonus pouch for all my athleisure beauty essentials.

ALALA FOR PURE BARRE LEGGINGS
Sharon Clott Kanter, Deputy Style Director: I'm not shy about my obsession with fitness. And when I find a pair of tights that I like — which is rare! — I wear them on the regular. This extremely well-fitting, high-wasited and super-slimming pair is my new go-to. The designers behind the cool-girl athleisure brand Alala designed these specifically for Pure Barre, and while I've worn 'em in barre class, I also wore them running errands, too.

ASH EMBROIDERED BOHO BOOTIES
Sarah Ball, Fashion Market Editor: Not that I don't have enough booties already, but when I saw this embroidered ASH pair I couldn't resist. FAWN DESIGN DIAPER BAG
Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director: I never thought I’d hate shopping for a new bag until I got pregnant and had to buy a diaper bag. Sure, there are lots of options if you don’t mind lugging around an enormous tote in a loud pattern with a zillion pockets and zippers. But I wanted something minimalist and preferably in black or gray—basically anything but a traditional diaper bag. Enter Fawn Design. You can wear the chic faux leather bag, which comes in several neutral hues, as a backpack or messenger style and all nine (yes, nine) pockets tucked away for a cool, streamlined look.

BIRDIES SLIPPERS
Colleen Kratofil, Style Writer-Reporter: I can be a bit of a germ freak so there's no way I wear my everyday shoes inside my apartment (have you ever seen a N.Y.C. sidewalk?). So that doesn't really give me many options. It's either a loose-fitting pair of slipper or nothing. Until I discovered Birdies. They combine a rubber sole and arch support of a sneaker with a comfy slipper-like form. But the really best part? They're stylish too!

BOWIE BOOTS BY MODERN VICE
Sharon Clott Kanter, Deputy Style Director: If you're a David Bowie fan and in need of a pair of new boots, Modern Vice delivers this season with a range of options inspired by the late (and great!) rock star. I'm a big fan of the Bowie Bolt boots here — a classic black boot featuring a motif of Bowie's signature red bolt, which is just enough to make any plain black outfit I own truly "rock." (Pssst! They've got a few styles inspired by Prince, too.)
