Thomas Rhett Akins and his high school sweetheart, wife Lauren Akins, are quite possibly the cutest couple in country music. Remember his bid for ACM new artist of the year when he made a video of their love story? Or their romantic, PDA-filled video for “Die a Happy Man“? Or — oh yeah — when he won Single of the Year at Wednesday night’s CMAs, planted a sweet smooch on her and declared from the stage, “My lovely wife, she was the full inspiration for the song?” We could go on.
But in addition to being ridiculously adorable together, they’re also incredibly stylish. We’ve noticed their red carpet chemistry has been stronger than ever lately — just check out their style at tonight’s CMA Awards (where he already picked up single of the year) — as well as their best moments to date.
On Tuesday night the duo warmed up for the CMAs with a stop at the BMI Country Awards, where Thomas wore a silver vest with matching pants paired with a black shirt and bow tie, while Lauren went with a sexy fire engine red gown with deep-V neckline.
And Thomas totally approved, writing on Instagram, “Woo baby that red dress!!!!!”

Earlier this year they were constantly surprising us with Lauren’s cute and flirty pieces and Thomas’ bold suit style.
At the CMT Artists Of The Year awards they wore matching black outfits with Thomas in a slim-fitted dark suit and Lauren in a lace cap-sleeve romper.
Then at the CMT Music Awards Lauren made a crop top and short shorts look not only adorable but cocktail-attire appropriate with her messy top knot and pointy-toe pumps. And Thomas kept his chic navy suit cool and casual thanks to his bright white Vans.
And at the American Country Countdown Awards, Lauren chose a summery white halter dress with sexy side cutouts, while Thomas went with a burgundy suit teamed with a navy polka dot shirt and tan shoes.
In addition to being a cute and stylish, the couple is also incredibly charitable. The two are very involved with helping children through 147 Million Orphans. Lauren’s been on various mission trips to in Uganda, Haiti and Honduras and Thomas hopes to join her soon.
“We both have a huge heart for orphans and I think definitely one day we’d want to [adopt],” Thomas told PEOPLE at a charity event in October.
