When Eva Longoria hosted the ALMA Awards in 2011, she changed dresses a staggering eight times. This year, she somehow upped that number, stunning in 10 designer gowns by the likes of Alberta Ferretti, Carlos Miele and Emilio Pucci, among others.

One of our favorite dresses, however, was the silk chiffon Monique Lhuillier cap-sleeve creation Longoria selected for a walk down the red carpet (left).

The gown, from the designer’s fall 2012 collection, featured an embroidered neckline, leather waistband and draped skirt with slit (which revealed a mini underneath). Since it stood so well on its own, the actress finished the ensemble simply, with a sweeping updo, diamond earrings and ankle-strap peep-toes.

Longoria is a big fan of Lhuillier, selecting her dresses quite frequently for red carpet events (including last year’s ALMAs). But thanks to this gown’s elegant flair — and super-flattering cut — we think it just might be our favorite Longoria/Lhuillier moment yet. Tell us: Do you like Longoria’s gown?
