Though she’s constantly traveling, expectant mom Gisele Bündchen rarely misses a workout. What’s her go-to exercise? “She tries to do some yoga each day,” says instructor Amy Lombardo, who practices Anusara yoga (an intense flowing form) with the supermodel. “She normally does an hour in the morning. It’s a great way to wake up your body and start the day on the right note.” The physical results aren’t bad either. “Yoga makes you really toned,” says Lombardo, who does a series of moves which incorporate lunges, tricep push-ups and core work with Bündchen. “And she’s definitely strong!” – Charlotte Triggs

For Cheryl Burke, having a “health freak” boyfriend is an inspiration for staying in shape. “He loves to go to the gym and he motivates me, so it’s a good relationship we have!” the Dancing with the Stars pro says of model beau Maxwell Zagorski. The pair do weight training and cardio “five, six times a week” and Burke credits her man with helping her lengthen her muscles by regulating reps. “He’s a great influence in my life and vice versa,” she says. – Jed Dreben

When it comes to satisfying their sweet tooth without sacrificing their figures, 90210 costars Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty chow down on cookies. Huh? The costars were recently spotted together buying the high-protein, low-fat treats at Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet Store in Beverly Hills, which reportedly suppress hunger because of the brand’s blend of amino acids. The weight-loss cookies (a weekly supply costs $59) come in a variety of flavors, including oatmeal raisin, blueberry, banana and chocolate. – Paul Chi

EAT HEALTHY, NOT BORING

EAT HEALTHY, NOT BORING
HYPERION & VOICE

Who says that cooking healthier has to mean boring meals? The team behind Lifetime’s food makeover show Cook Yourself Thin show’s best-selling cookbook ($12) suggests making small changes to meals to lose the bulge while still indulging. “When you deprive yourself of anything, you’re going to cheat,” says Candice Kumai, one of the series’s three chefs. One easy change? “Greek yogurt has calcium and protein, and it has the exact same consistency as sour cream.” Another go-to trick: Add vegetables to baked goods. “Zucchini bread, sweet potato pie,” she says. “Vegetables are a lighter way of adding texture and moisture.” – Thailan Pham

Khloe Kardashian has been working hard on her body – and she’s finally seeing results. “I actually was in a bikini on camera!” she told E! Online recently about donning a two-piece for her upcoming E! reality show with sister Kourtney (pictured left), Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami. “I never would have done that before – ever. I would rather have died.” Now 20 lbs. lighter since posing naked for her PETA ad in December, she’s dropped the pounds by making tweaks to her diet and exercising. “Eating is my hardest problem. I need sweets,” she said. “And I’ve been killing myself at the gym.” – Serena Kappes
