And Graham also admits that she’s “really obsessed with yoga. And the 90210 star demonstrates an eight-minute total-body shape-up from Barry’s Bootcamp in L.A. in Self magazine’s July issue. “My schedule can be so hectic that a fun, short workout like this is perfect for me,” says McCord of the routine that combines several moves – including a squat press and plank row using 5-10-lb. weights – with short spurts of cardio. “I loved it!” she raves about the workout, which builds lean muscle by doing it four times a week. – Jennifer Garcia 04 of 05 GET ON THE 'BAND' WAGON Fame Looking good in a bikini is all in a day’s work for Marisa Miller. Her trick to toning up for a two-piece? Resistance bands. “I can throw the bands in my suitcase and do it in my hotel room and make it easy,” says the Victoria’s Secret model.
