Kim is the undisputed queen of the waist-training selfie. And lest you think she had a little digital help, she's got a hashtag just for you: “#nophotoshopnecessary.”

“Every MOM needs a little extra help sometimes,” she captioned this photo of her waist trainer. (We agree with the sentiment, but are more inclined to bring the new mamas in our lives food for the freezer or a bunch of extra diapers than a corset.)

Another new mom giving the corset craze a try: Kourtney, who wrote, “Starting my Monday with a little waist training before I go to the gym! #onamission.” (Note: Medical experts would prefer you not wear the device at the gym.)

“Thanksgiving is over its time to get back poppin in my waist shaper,” Rose declared on Instagram. Um, how are you supposed to eat mashed potato leftovers in that thing?
