And the bride wore… custom made Vera Wang!

Sports Illustrated model Hannah Davis – now Hannah Jeter – looked stunning as she tied the knot with New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter on Saturday, and her wedding dress designer has unveiled sketches of her gown.

Vera Wang’s official Instagram account posted the pictures on Monday, revealing that Hannah wore a custom mermaid gown that featured a sweetheart neckline, tulle halter high neck as well as a plunging back. The gown was covered in layers of tulle and hand appliquéd Chantilly lace.

Wang also posted the design of the bride’s reception dress – a custom V-neck charmeuse halter gown.

Following the nuptials, Davis took to Instagram to officially change her profile name to Hannah Jeter, then took it down later.

The pair’s engagement was revealed last fall – after months of rumors – when Jeter subtly referred to his longtime love as his “fiancée” in a blog post on his website.

The couple had been dating for three years before getting engaged, but only made their red carpet debut at the Met Gala last May.

After their news broke, Davis began stepping out with her stunning, round-cut sparkler on display.
