She may have recently sweated it out in order to get into the tight cat suit for Iron Man 2, yet Scarlett Johansson still can turn up the glamour factor. This afternoon, the face of Dolce & Gabbana The Makeup popped into London department store Selfridges, on Oxford Street, to launch the line and share a few of her favorite beauty tips.  Greeted by hundreds of fans who had packed the department’s store Beauty Hall, Johannson made a spectacular entrance, Hollywood style to the strains of Shirley Bassey’s classic “Diamonds are Forever.” “Thank you all so much for coming here today, I’m overwhelmed by the amount of personal cameras!”, said a prim and proper Johansson,  who looked every inch the modern incarnation of Veronica Lake. Dressed head to toe in Dolce & Gabbana’s spring summer collection, her strawberry blonde tresses were styled in waves and her trademark lips were painted with the label’s ‘Iconic’ red lipstick. And the star finds her look to be perfectly in sync with the makeup line. “I like the line’s modern classic makeup because I like a modern classic look. When I go out, I always pay homage to the golden age of Hollywood. Dolce & Gabbana make up is a modern classic and the packaging is beautiful too.” How did she achieve that Old Hollywood style make up? By using Dolce & Gabbana’s Perfect Finish Powder Foundation in Natural, the Luminous Cheek Colour in Peach, the Smooth Eye Colour Quad in Nude and the Classic Cream Lipstick in Iconic. And keep checking in with us, as Johansson also revealed that she was in town to shoot an upcoming campaign for the collection.
