Sarah Palin's SNL 40 Minidress Is a Fashion Faceoff ... with Her Daughter Bristol!
The 51-year-old mom of five pulled from her 24-year-old daughter's closet for her moment on the red carpet
It looks like Sarah Palin just pulled a Kris Jenner and went shopping in her daughter’s closet. For her appearance at the Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary Show Sunday, the former governor of Alaska, 51, selected a sexy, white mini dress that she borrowed from Bristol Palin, 24.

Bristol first wore the sparkly, sequin dress back in 2011 at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner, keeping her styling simple with nude, peep-toe shoes. Sarah, however, added a little edge to her look via black open-toe booties and a leather cuff. And either the mother of five just got back from a tropical vacation or she got a really good spray tan to make her white mini pop. Regardless, her mini moment was one of the most talked-about topics on Twitter.
Sarah was very excited to be on hand to celebrate the “comedic geniuses” at SNL, especially Tina Fey, who famously impersonated the politician during the 2008 election season.
“You know, I’ll do a double take every time I see her on a rerun or a picture of her,” she shared on the red carpet. “I think she’s great. I just talked to her again today and I brought her girls some Alaskan-grown sweatshirts and hoodies. I really respect her.”
