went for a white-on-blue stripe (the better to match Prince George, of course!) to watch Princes and play polo.
Last year, Princess Kate wore another striped shirt – a favorite from Me + Em – to another polo match. A love of stripes, it seems, runs in the family: Prince George wore a pair of red-and-white striped overalls to the match, too.
But that polo match wasn’t the first time we’ve seen this shirt – Kate sported the Me + Em top for a boat ride in Auckland, New Zealand.
A combo of two Kate classics – earlier that day, she wore a striped number topped with a navy blazer. (There’s a reason we call it “The Kate.”)
Kate turned to her trusty tee her first solo, post-George official appearance – this one is Ralph Lauren. She also wore it a few weeks earlier, the first time she was spotted in public again after George’s birth. (Some new moms love sweatpants. Kate loves a fitted shirt in a sometimes-tricky print. That princess life!)
In a striped tank (underneath a navy blazer, naturally) at the Olympics, Kate shows that striped-shirt-wearing is a spectator sport.
