Pippa Middleton wants to remind you that her butt’s moment in the spotlight is ancient history. And she’s happy to leave all the backside buzz to the real pro: Kim Kardashian.

Princess Kate‘s younger sister (who came really close to breaking the internet with her bum during the royal wedding in 2011), wrote a column for the UK publication, The Spectator, addressing Kim’s Paper magazine shoot.

“I must say that mine — though it has enjoyed fleeting fame — is not comparable,” she writes (via The Daily Mail). “But the Kim butt story did make me pause. What is it with this American booty culture? It seems to me to be a form of obsession. Kim’s aim, apparently, was to break the internet, but I’m not sure she’s going the right way about it.”

Kim has revealed that aside from trying to takeover the World Wide Web, she also posed nude for a confidence boost.

“I’m never one to preach, but I felt really positive and really good about myself,” she shared. “I love the photos, I did it for me. I hope other people like them.”
