When Tom Ford made his official return to womenswear during New York Fashion Week this fall, only a select group of industry insiders were granted access to the lavish and ultra-exclusive runway show. The refined affair was so private that only one photographer was present and no photos were released, until now! Nearly three months later, Harper’s Bazaar U.K. has revealed the images in its January 2011 issue. And as if the perfectly appointed surroundings, extraordinary threads (sequins, feathers, fishnets!) weren’t enough, Ford cast Hollywood heavyweights including Beyoncé, Julianne Moore and Lauren Hutton as models in the show. In this snap shot, a turned out Beyoncé glints down the runway in a sequined sheath, embroidered fishnets and supersized hair, striking a perfect pose. “It was so much fun!” raved the singer post show. “It felt like a performance.” To check out the never-before-seen images from Tom Ford’s fashion tête-à-tête, visit, or pick up the January issue, on sale Dec. 6. – Justine Harman
