Move Over, Kendall! Khloé Kardashian's 'Childhood Dream' Was to Be a Victoria's Secret Model

Like most kids, Khloé Kardashian had lots of childhood aspirations growing up — and one of them was to don a pair of the famous Victoria’s Secret angel wings.

In a Monday post on her website and app, Kardashian, 31, filled out a questionnaire she’s having applicants answer for her upcoming reality show,

, in which she’ll work with experts to help give people total body makeovers inspired by her own breakover transformation.

“As crazy as it is, I always wanted to a Victoria’s Secret model, LOL!” the reality star revealed about her career goal. “I loved

. I remember I went to a father/daughter dance with my dad

and everyone was asking the daughters what they wanted to be when they grew up. All the girls said ‘doctor’ or ‘lawyer.’ I said, ‘A Victoria’s Secret Angel’! My dad was like, ‘OMG!’ ”

Though Kardashian didn’t go on to become a VS model, her sister
Kendall Jenner
, 20, did land a coveted spot on the runway for the brand’s yearly fashion show in November.

“When Kendall finally became an Angel, it was so exciting!” Kardashian gushed. “Someone from our family did it!”

As for Kardashian, she went on to dream about working with kids and animals.

“As I got older though, I wanted to work with kids in some capacity, like being a preschool teacher or social worker,” she explained. “My ex
[Lamar Odom]
and I were even trying to be foster parents at one point!”

“I also wanted to be a veterinarian who drove an RV around and picked up stray animals,” she added. “I always thought it would be easy to be a vet, but now I know it’s so hard. I could never put an animal down!”

Throughout the questionnaire, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also got candid about her insecurities as a kid, writing that she was “really chubby from age 10 to 14.”

“When I was little and all my friends would be in their bathing suits at the beach or pool parties or summer camp, I would always be the chubby one. I never felt comfortable,” she revealed. “I would make up a story to get out of those situations. Back then, one-piece bathing suits weren’t cute and I wasn’t going to be in a bikini! They’d be like, ‘Come on, get in the pool!’ I wish they knew what it was doing to me.”

‘s younger sister?’ They wouldn’t outright say ‘you’re ugly’ or ‘you’re fat,’ but adults need to realize what their words do to kids,” Kardashian continued. “A 10-year-old can still pick up on that energy.”

Despite her struggles, Kardashian was still a bubbly, outgoing teen: “In high school, I was athletic. I did every sport: volleyball, basketball, soccer, softball. I was super competitive and being on a team was so fun!”

“I wasn’t a party girl, but I was super social. I was liked by teachers and students because I liked to be friends with everyone, especially people who were bullied,” she said. “I always wanted everyone to be happy and get along.”
