Mindy Kaling has always been very open about her beauty routine. From emptying out the contents of her makeup bag to selfies featuring her face covered in clay mud, the actress loves sharing her latest skincare finds. And she just released a list of all of her must-haves of the moment, including the one product she’s determined will give her a luminous, Cate Blanchett-equivalent complexion.

“I have oily skin. People keep telling me that will help me age but ehhh I feel like I look my age so when does that kick in, huh?,” Kaling, 36, wrote on li.st, a website — started by longtime platonic love B.J. Novak! — where she often lists her favorite beauty products. “My products change depending on the time of year, but here’s what I’m using now! (I don’t use them all at once, this is just my rotation).”

The actress continued on, listing her must-have products of the moment, including a few picks from a super-luxe skincare brand in particular, SK-II, which she’s convinced will make her look like a certain fellow A-lister.

“A very clean and uncomplicated skin care system that’s anti-aging and wakes me up,” Kaling wrote of SK-II’s line. “I heard Cate Blanchett uses it so I was like SIGN ME UP. Even though she is an alabaster statue and I’m an oil slick it works well for both of us! Weird!” (It’s not the first time she’s tried to “borrow” something of Blanchett’s — and we can’t say we blame her!)

Kaling also shared her favorite product for negating the effects of an early call time (Shiseido’s Benefiance WrinkleResist24 Pure Retinol Express Smoothing Eye Mask: “I wake up at 5 to act go on pretend dates at like 7am so this depuffs my eyes super good.”) as well as the one she swears by for a late-night zit zapper (the Tria Blue Light Acne Clearing system) “Yeah, guys, I still get zits. Nothing like a good old white head on dark brown skin. This little device has helped me many times before I go on a talk show. I don’t need no James Corden staring at a pimple on my forehead.”

For more of Kaling’s picks — including a sunscreen that is “truly mattifying but also not chalky on my dark skin” and a face wash that instantly removes all eye makeup (the holy grail) check out her Li.St, then tell us: Do you already use any of her picks?
