Just over the last week at the Toronto International Film Festival she’s worn printed, brightly-colored outfits that have us bowing down to the Queen of TIFF style. We can’t get enough of her zig-zag geometric print jumpsuit, ornate blue and yellow Carolina Herrera gown, flirty fit-and-flare dress and the seriously impressive selection of gorgeous head wraps worn throughout. The Queen of Katwe actress sat down with PEOPLE during the film festival to talk about how her red carpet style has evolved since her breakout awards show season in 2014. “I’ve always enjoyed playing dress-up before the red carpet and even after,” Nyong’o says.
