Kourtney Kardashian‘s long-awaited secret new project, Poosh, is here!

After much buzz, the star’s exciting lifestyle destination launched Tuesday featuring an array of content in the beauty, style, home and wellness spaces — all with Kardashian’s stamp of approval. “I decided to launch Poosh because I felt that there was something missing in the healthy lifestyle space. Healthy living gets a bad wrap; it’s as though if you care about what you put in — or on — your body, then you’re not sexy or cool. But this just isn’t true, and Poosh is here to prove just that,” Kardashian, 39, says on Poosh.

She continues, “People are constantly asking me how I do it all, from being a single mom to working full-time to still maintaining a social life. I get endless questions about food, kids, beauty and fashion, so I decided to create Poosh, a curated experience and a destination for modern living.”

From the 12 clean beauty products Kardashian uses every day to an interview with Kris Jenner on what it takes to become a boss, Poosh provides no shortage of exclusive access into the reality star and her family’s world.

In honor of Poosh’s launch, check out these five takeaways we already learned about Kardashian from day one of her new website.

1. She Tackles One Task at a Time

To avoid feeling overwhelmed with her busy schedule each day, Kardashian tries to focus on what she’s doing in the moment.

“I know that Khloé and I to get through a long day we only think of the next thing that we have ahead instead of the whole day,” she tells her mom in a sit down video interview. “So we think, ‘Okay, what’s next?’ We don’t even look at our schedules for the whole day. We’re just like, ‘This is what’s next. This is what’s next.’ I have to get through each thing and I know Khloé says she does the same.”

2. She Uses This Product to Look Good Naked

Body scrubs! According to Poosh, Kardashian swears by the Caudalie Crushed Cabernet Scrub and Isola Lemongrass + Coffee Body Scrub for smooth, sexy skin.

Her pro tip: “You can recycle products you don’t want to use on your face by using them on your body (Kourt does this all the time). This is a smart approach to clear out your beauty cabinet and polish your skin in a sustainable way.”

3. She Co-Sleeps With Her Kids

Kardashian got candid about sleeping in bed with her children — Mason, 9, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 4 — when they were infants and why it worked for her family. “I had a different experience with each of my children when they were learning their sleep routine. When I had Mason, co-sleeping just kind of happened naturally so I quickly embraced it,” Kardashian says.

But before she had Penelope, the star made the conscious plan to co-sleep. “When I was pregnant with P, I read The Attachment Parenting Book by Dr. Sears and really related to his point of view on the sleep method,” she explains. Then with Reign, she opted to sleep apart. “When I gave birth to Reign, I decided to have him sleep in his own room from the start. The decision was for the good of my relationship [with Scott Disick],” Kardashian explained. “He is my only baby who has always slept in his own bed in his own room.”

4. She Used to Be Her Mom’s Assistant

Before Kardashian’s career launched to superstardom thanks to Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the Poosh founder was actually her momager’s assistant.

“So one thing I don’t think people realize is that I used to be your assistant and that I learned so much from you about being a boss. I don’t take no for an answer and I learned that from you,” she says.

5. Her Signature Salad Only Takes 15 Minutes to Make

Kardashian’s quick meal suggestion requires just five ingredients. “The simple combination of hard-boiled eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and mozzarella make for a healthy and filling dish. Kourt skips the cheese since she’s dairy-free, but we suggest adding it in if you’re a dairy eater,” Poosh says.
