There's also a sexy slow-mo video too

The moment you’ve been waiting all month for is finally here: Kim Kardashian West‘s verynaked, very not-so-secret project just dropped — and it’s the cover of GQ magazine. And as we should have known from the behind-the-scene glimpse of her NSFW bum-and-bust-exposing shoot, she’s naked — again!

Mert Alas & Marcus Piggot

Kim covers the magazine’s tenth anniversary “Love, Sex, and Madness” issue (because who else could ever?) stark-naked, strategically cradling a leather jacket for modesty.

Throughout the shoot she models in a variety of coats (sexy trenches and her favorite, oversize furs) over super-skimpy lingerie all paired with a minimal makeup look and perfectly tousled, just-got-out-of-bed waves.

Oh but that’s not all. There’s also an accompanying behind-the-scenes video set against old school moody spy music that takes us through her shoot, from her posing seductively in a car, to slow-mo running and rolling around in an open field.

If you’re having trouble tallying up her running total of naked covers, we’re here to help you out. (If you want to count just regular naked photoshoots, you’re on your own; we lost track at 10.)

Her first foray was for Playboy in 2007 (famously documented in Keeping Up with the Kardashians)

In 2010 she had the epic, legendary meltdown on Kourtney & Kim Take New York, where she freaked out over her nude photoshoot with W Magazine, crying on the phone with momager Kris Jenner saying the images came out like “full-on porn!”

She teamed up then-boyfriend Kanye West in 2013 for the cover of L’Officiel Hommes to give her a little help covering up for the cover.

In 2014 she posed as Woman of the Year for British GQ in a seductive shoot lounging in satin sheets — and nothing else.

She had an unconventional shoot with photographer Mert Alas in 2015 for Interview magazine — her sexy selfies during a Facetime session with Alas ended up landing on the cover!

And of course, her full-frontal Paper Magazine cover that broke the internet.
