Khloé Kardashian: 'I Don't Weigh Myself, I Don't Believe in Numbers'
“I don’t weigh myself, I don’t believe in numbers.”
“If you had asked me two years ago if I would have the body I have now I would have said, ‘No way, my body can’t do that,'” she tells PeopleStyle.
“I have always made excuses, like ‘I am big-boned,’ or ‘I’m just not built that size,’ or ‘I could never be a size whatever,'” she says. But now, 40 pounds lighter, she doesn’t get hung up on excuses — especially ones stemming from a scale. ‘I don’t weigh myself, I don’t believe in numbers.”
Her avoidance of numbers goes for shopping, too. “If I am a size 10 in an outfit, that’s just what size that designer made,” she says. “They have different fit models. I learned that growing up and also being in the fashion industry myself. When I was younger, I remember going into an expensive clothing store, and I asked for a size 12 and they said, ‘Oh, we don’t have something that big.’ I’m like, first of all, f— you. But like, it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.”
Yet, while she’s made such strides in her journey to health, she also knows it’s not over yet. “I know I have lost so much weight, but I don’t think I will ever be satisfied,” she says. “I kind of like that, because I never want to be that unhealthy again.” Though she’s not withholding herself from food choices that make her happy. “I had chicken fingers last night. I like to enjoy myself.”
So, what does she think her look will be 10 years from now? “In ten years, I don’t know what I am going to look like,” she says. “But that’s the fun of life. I hope I age gracefully. I believe in lasers and fillers, whatever makes you happy. But I am not obsessive about that stuff. I just like to take care of myself. I sleep with oils and lotions on my face every night.”

“But, [I’m trying to be] healthy from the inside out, taking 20 vitamins every morning and drinking water,” she adds. “That’s how I want to age gracefully. I just want to be healthy from the inside out.”
