Could This Be Katy Perry's Engagement Ring from Orlando Bloom?

Orlando Bloom’s relationship with Katy Perry is steadily getting more and more serious: He just spent Thanksgiving wearing matching plaid onesies with Perry’s extended family. And just a few days after, Perry was spotted wearing a ginormous yellow diamond ring on that finger!

The two were seen out on a date night in N.Y.C., with Bloom bundled up in a winter parka and Perry wearing tailored plaid Sophie Theallet separates with a camel-colored coat and one very noticeable new accessory. She posed with her hand strategically placed to give photographers a perfect shot of her new sparkler — a huge round-cut yellow stone with what appears to be a halo of white diamonds around the central rock.

And though she was proudly flashing it Monday night, on Tuesday she attended the UNICEF Snowflake Ball with noticeably bare hands. That didn’t stop her from gushing about Bloom’s “kind heart,” and displaying lots of PDA inside the gala. Reps for both have not responded to requests for comment.

While nothing’s official, the two seem very serious about their future together, and have had speculation about an engagement brewing for months. A source told PEOPLE in August that they’re “not engaged yet, but seem to be heading that way.”

Apparently the actor “always gushes about Katy and thinks she is amazing in a million ways,” the source said. “He would love to settle down with Katy and have more kids. He hasn’t been this serious about a girl since Miranda [Kerr].”

Bloom was married to Kerr from 2010 to 2013, while Perry was married to comedian Russell Brand for a year before divorcing in 2011. A friend of Perry’s says she’s “not going to rashly make a huge commitment like marriage again unless she thinks it’s absolutely right.”

But that “right” person might just be Bloom. As far as their style is concerned, they’re a match made in heaven. They’ve been dating less than a year, but have constantly out-done themselves in the coordinating couple department. They wore matching Tamagotchis to the 2016 Met Gala, then proved how much they love exposing their bums together while on vacation and make a pretty convincing Bill and Hillary Clinton.
