Katie Couric knows news when she sees it, but now that she’s moving on from her post at CBS Evening News, she’s “looking” into her next endeavor. The esteemed anchor — whose next career move is still a secret — is currently collaborating with luxury eyewear brand eyebobs to launch limited-edition frames called “Katie’s Close Up.” The specially designed glasses, similar to the spectacles Couric wears to read the news (and wore during her guest appearance on Glee) will be launched in tandem with her new book, The Best Advice I Ever Got: Lessons from Extraordinary Lives. Available for pre-order at eyebobs.com, the frames are $75, and proceeds will benefit Scholarship America. So, will they make us super-successful television journalists, too? Tell us: Would you buy Couric’s custom eyeglasses? –Kim Peiffer
