In an interview with Hello Canada, the creative director of Chanel and Fendi told a reporter that, unlike the Valentino designers, who welcomed Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson (sorry: Derek Zoolander and Hansel) to the runway, he had no interest in the filming, let alone making a cameo.

“I don’t want to be in the movie!” he says in the interview. “They wanted me to be in the movie! I didn’t like [the fashion show stunt]. I’m not an actor.”

Unless perhaps he’s the world’s greatest actor, and is just lying to throw us off the off the scent of the fact he will be taking the Will Ferrell role this time around?

Should he have taken the role?
