Cindy Crawford and daughter Kaia Gerber are hands-down the cutest mother-daughter duo in the modeling world. They land campaigns together, grace Paris Vogue covers side-by-side and continue to wow the world with their uncanny twinning moments. Having tracked every single time they looked alike, we can confidently say this one might be the most major double-take yet. If you think they’ve played tricks on your eyes before, wait until you see this.

First, Gerber, 15, attended Kendall Jenner’s 21st birthday bash in what could be an outfit straight out of Crawford’s 1992 closet. She teamed a cropped tank with an ultra-mini high-waist skirt and accessorized with every ’90s must-have — the choker necklace, Kenneth Cole patent leather booties and a tiny knapsack. And if you can’t place the year Crawford wore the nearly identical outfit, pictured above, that’s because she’s been Benjamin Button-ing for decades. (It was 1994, and she was 28!) Mind blown? Us too.

Then they continued to give us déja vu by showing off their matching “smizes” inside the bash. And there’s no question Gerber “got it from her mama” – channeling the supermodel right down to the head tilt for a snap by famed photographer Ellen von Unwerth.

Clearly all this nostalgia got to Crawford because she shared a throwback pic by Arthur Elgort modeling some seriously bold shimmery eyeshadow back in the day. She gave a shoutout to makeup artist Pat McGrath saying she was “feeling very #METALMORPHOSIS005” (McGrath’s latest beauty kit craze). If McGrath is looking for any muses for her next makeup launch, she has two models to call on.
