There is a lot of style news happening in the fashion world at the moment. The Venice Film Festival brought out a ton of stop-and-stare gowns, New York Fashion Week just got underway with wild outfits from the likes of Rihanna and Kim Kardashian West and a few stars just revealed must-see ad campaigns that you don’t want to miss. Check out Jennifer Lawrence’s latest Dior ads, Hailee Steinfeld’s new gig for American Eagle and Gigi Hadid’s adorable teaser video for her Tommy Hilfiger collection.
First up is Lawrence’s latest Dior news. She’s back at it modeling the latest accessories campaign featuring the Diorever and the Diorama bags, which originally launched at the Autumn-Winter 2016-17 show.
She models the bags wearing fall-ready staples, including off-the-shoulder sweaters, luxe wide-lapel coats and cozy ribbed turtlenecks. In a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram she says that working with the Dior team is always “a really easy and relaxed collaborative process.”
Next up is Hadid’s latest news on her design collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger. Before the collection becomes available to buy (you can shop the looks directly after the runway show on Sept. 9) she’s teasing some of her sailor and military-inspired pieces in a cute new video.
“A lot of our inspiration came from pieces that I’ve worn myself and that I’ve found at vintage stores,” she said about her collaboration. “We wanted to make special, authentic designs that feel fresh and exciting but also timeless and classic — those are the pieces I am drawn to the most. We kept all of the fabrics and textures really true to our inspiration.”
And finally, the place on everyone’s back to school shopping list, American Eagle Outfitters, launched a new campaign called #WeAllCan. It celebrates the power and influence of millennials and is fronted by Hailee Steinfeld, singer Troye Sivan and actress Yara Shahidi among many others. The brand is encouraging shoppers to generate content and share positive messages of individuality and freedom of expression across all social platforms using the #WeAllCan hashtag.
