Ivanka Trump has been icing the wrists and ears of Hollywood stars with her namesake jewelry line for years now, but there’s one celebrity fan in particular that she’s extra proud to name drop these days.

Speaking to
last week before accepting a Good Award from the Diamond Empowerment Fund, Trump discussed the “Oval Os” she was wearing — 18-karat white-gold earrings that feature 11.56 carats of diamonds. “I now call them my Oprah Os because she loves them,” the new mom revealed.

Winfrey may be one of few fans who can afford them; the large earrings go for $38,000, the medium (3.71 carats) for $13,000 and a small pair (1.23 carats) for $5,700. “O” my!

“I characterize my jewelry collection as timeless and glamorous but always classic,” Trump told PEOPLE in 2010. “I’ve added femininity and a modern twist to jewelry that resonates with both younger woman and an older consumer.” Tell us: What’s the most expensive piece of jewelry you’ve ever purchased?
