Ivanka Trump may be seven months pregnant, but the stunning Apprentice star can still fit into her pre-baby wardrobe. “This actually isn’t maternity so I barely squeezed myself into it,” Trump, referring to her flowing ivory frock, told PEOPLE Thursday at the 10th Annual Women Who Care Luncheon in New York City. “It’s an old vintage dress I have but it’s been great.” The mom-to-be, who sported high heels, explained that she’s embraced her glamorous side throughout her pregnancy. “I think particularly when you’re not looking like yourself, it feels good to put on a heel and a dress and try to feel beautiful,” she explained. And she’s not letting the accompanying weight gain get to her, either. “It’s such a moment of femininity that I try not to look at the negatives of my expanding waistline and rather think about what that really means,” she shared. However, even a glamour girl needs a break sometimes! When asked if she ever forgoes the frocks in favor of sweatpants, she replied affirmatively. “Just not to luncheons. I think one can take some liberties when one is pregnant, if for no other reason than no other clothes fit!” —Mary S. Park
