Is Selena Gomez's New My Little Pony Tattoo the Real Deal or Temporary?
The singer appears to be a diehard My Little Pony fan
Selena Gomez is a self-professed ink addict (she already has six small tattoos scattered across her body), so finding out that the singer has been hiding a brand new piece of body art from us all really shouldn’t come as that big of a surprise. That is unless her new tattoo happens to be of one of the characters from the cartoon My Little Pony.
After attending Monday night’s Met Gala as Met Gala as the date of co-chair and BFF Taylor Swift, Selena took a stroll around N.Y.C., changing into a more casual black tee and low-slung jeans, stopping occasionally to take photos with fans, which is how one of her eagle-eyed Selenators noticed an interesting new piece of ink adorning the singer’s left hipbone. The tiny tattoo appears to be of the perpetual sunglass-wearing, eighth note-branded horse, DJ Pon-3, aka Vinyl Scratch, the most musical of all the My Little Ponies, naturally.

While it seems like a pretty safe bet that this tattoo of Vinyl Scratch is a temporary one, on the off chance this ink is the real deal, we think Susan Sarandon might know a very nice, young Brony that we’re sure would be thrilled to go on a date with Selena and could truly appreciate her particular taste in body art.
