Iggy Azalea has been nothing but open and honest about her plastic surgery. “Denying it is lame,” she previously said, shortly after going under the knife for a nose job and breast augmentation. But even months after the fact (and after fielding dozens of interviews surrounding the subject), the Australian rapper is still being questioned about her transformation. So, in recent episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the star laid down the definitive final word on her decision — and why she’s so happy with the decision.

“I didn’t [need plastic surgery],” Azalea told DeGeneres. “There was nothing wrong with me. I think it’s a personal choice and anybody, man or woman, they should be able to make an informed decision, and if you want to change something, then that’s up to you.”

So, DeGeneres asked, if Azalea didn’t need the surgery, what exactly inspired her to get it? “I didn’t have boobs. Before, I just had nipples, and now I have breasts,” she said. “Thought I could use some — it would be a good addition.”

As for her new nose, Azalea confesses it’s “pretty similar” to her previous nose: “Yeah, I don’t know if it was worth the backlash,” Azalea said of the negative comments she received on social media. “I should have changed it more so it was worth it!”
