Whether or not you like his music, Harry Styles is undoubtedly cool. There’s the fresh and slicked-back hair. The embroidered floral Gucci suits. The fact that he’s a frequent champion of LGBTQ causes.

So where does a 23-year-old with so much je ne sais quoi turn to for inspiration? Shania Twain, people.

That’s right. This former One Direction superstar is majorly impressed by the 52-year-old Canadian country-pop sensation, and who can blame him?

Style recently jetted off to Shanghai, China, where he performed at the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show (below) and it’s there that he dropped the amazing pop culture bomb.

“I think both music and fashion, [my] main influence was probably Shania Twain,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “Yeah, I think she’s amazing.”

We do too, Harry.

And it’s a fact we should have seen coming. He’s previously taken to social media to share his adoration for the star. Remember this adoring 2013 tweet?

And this recent tweet from September, when Twain gave his suit a special shout out?

Dreams clearly come true.

As for his performance at the VS Fashion Show, Styles said he was pumped about it. “I’ve never played a fashion show before and this is one of the biggest,” he told ET. “It’s a privilege. It’s definitely fun to be here.”

Let’s hope Shania tuned in.
