You already printed out the ballots, studied our dress predictions, and followed our new PEOPLE red carpet account. Now it’s time to talk about the early style moments at the Golden Globes.

Zooey Deschanel pairs her Oscar de la Renta beaded crop top (yes, a red carpet crop top which we wouldn’t have predicted from the star) with a matching shirt by the designer and — you guessed it — a tricked out mani. She sported daisy-print tips embellished with gold studs.

“It takes a couple of hours,” she said of her fancy tips on the carpet. “The nails, you have to talk to them. Sing to them.”

Kerry Washington shows off a 360° view of her baby bump in the Vine booth and we can’t stop “awwww”-ing.

Nominee Lupita Nyong’o stuns in a red Ralph Lauren gown with a cape attached, further proving that the newcomer does color better than some vets. Plus, she finished the look with Fred Leighton jewels.

“So far I’ve only worn things that I feel speak to me,” she says of her red carpet run. “I’m loving it more than anything. I don’t ever want to be pressurized by it.”

Kelly Osbourne (and her new haircut) looked chic on the red carpet, but she had a little trouble getting into her dress. She shared a photo of herself being sewn into it on Instagram. She also showed off her Golden Globe-themed mani.

Modern Family nominee Sofia Vergara shared a snap of her perfect cat eye and bombshell blowout.

Right now, a front runner for best accessories, Downton Abbey star Laura Carmichael (Lady Edith!) showed of her clutch and amazing jewels. Plus, look how cute she is getting prepped with John Frieda products by celeb stylist Blake Burkholder.

And Rob Lowe’s hair looks like this. Even if he doesn’t win the Golden Globe for his supporting role in Behind the Candelabra, we think his sleek new do deserves a shoutout.
