She may have retired from the runway, but we’re still seeing a lot of Gisele Bündchen. The supermodel just posed completely naked for the cover of Vogue Brazil’s 40th Anniversary issue to mark her 20 years in the industry.

Bündchen reminds the world why she’s known as “The Body,” standing hunched over in the black-and-white cover shot by fame fashion photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. She also reminds us that her textured wavy tresses cannot be matched. See the striking photo below.

Bündchen took her final strut down the catwalk earlier this month at Colcci’s show at Sao Paulo Fashion Week in Brazil. She hit the stage in three different looks, and husband Tom Brady was front row to show his support.

“Congratulations Love of my Life,” Brady wrote on Facebook. “You inspire me every day to be a better person. I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished on the runway. I have never met someone with more of a will to succeed and determination to overcome any obstacle in the way. You never cease to amaze me. Nobody loves life more than you and your beauty runs much deeper than what the eye can see. I can’t wait to see what’s next. I love you.”

The 34-year-old superstar explained that her body let her know it was time to leave her catwalk days behind.

“Automatically, my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked to stop. I respect my body, it’s a privilege to be able to stop,” Bündchen said of her decision to leave. “I’ve learned to listen to my body.”

And now she’s free to pursue more opportunities. “I don’t see how to continue [modeling on the catwalk],” she said, adding “and stopping will leave room for other projects I have for myself.”
