Love It: Keri Russell’s Jumpsuit. Let me start by making a surprising confession: I’ve never seen one episode of Felicity, so my current obsession with Keri is a newfound love. And a lot of it has to do with her style. The actress has been on a hot streak lately, turning it out in one amazing look after another. This draped jumpsuit (worn to Madrid premiere of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes) is simple, but it fits the star perfectly, and I love how she dressed it up via eye-catching accessories — a moon-sliver Jennifer Fisher pendant and metallic heels. By the way, 82% of PEOPLE readers agree with me. –Brittany Talarico, Associate Style Editor

Love It: Kiernan Shipka’s Summery Sundress. It’s no secret in the PEOPLE StyleWatch offices that I am a big fan of the Mad Men star’s style. She’s just 14, but she’s already playing in the big leagues, wearing often-tricky designer looks and totally nailing them. This head-to-toe Tory Burch outfit, worn to Just Jared’s summer bash, wasn’t particularly directional or showstopping, but it was event- and age-appropriate, fit her perfectly and made me want to shop the whole look immediately — all hallmarks of a fashion triumph in my mind. –Alex Apatoff, Style News Editor

Leave It: Ashley Benson’s Busy Outfit. As Coco Chanel once said, “Once you’ve dressed, and before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take at least one thing off.” Ashley Benson apparently decided to ignore that style maxim this week when she attended the H&M flagship store opening in New York. I love the lacy bra-revealing top (which is totally on trend now), but the accessories piled on just was way too much. Had she removed the belt or necklace, I think the ensemble would have worked much better. Hopefully next time she will remember the style icon’s golden rule. –John Soper, Editorial Assistant
