First Look: Alexa Chung On Why Winning a Style Award Is Very Dangerous
We’ve always thought that Alexa Chung seemed like a fun person with whom to get manicures and talk style. And the latest episode of The Look, Harper’s Bazaar‘s webisodes with editor Laura Brown, proves us right.
The two stylish Brits convened at Valley, N.Y.C.’s nail art mecca, to chat office décor, Chung’s upcoming book (which will not be called “Welcome to the Chung-le,” she promises) and the hazards of winning style honors.
“I tripped over my [British Style Icon] award the other day, and it made me laugh,” Chung tells Brown, laughing. “It was on my bedroom floor. My Grammys are there, my Oscars are there, my Nobel Peace Prize…”
