Crop tops may seem to be the only available blouse option for millennials these days, but Felicity Huffman just proved that a short shirt knows no age boundaries when she stepped out in a tiny midriff-baring top and high-waisted, wide-legged trousers. (Can someone text her the “100” emoji for us?)

She recently told PEOPLE she occasionally “drops the ball” when it comes to being a working mom and wife (but judging from her look here, she manages to incorporate some kind of workout!). “But people always ask, ‘How do you balance home life and work?’ And I tell them, ‘I don’t. I just drop the ball all the time.'”
She said it’s especially tough when she’s filming ABC’s American Crime in Austin, Texas, while her family’s in L.A. “I try and fly back to L.A. every two or three days. But that can take a toll. Sometimes I think, ‘I’m failing as both a mother and an actress.’ But I do what I can to stumble forward joyously.”
And the star takes it all in stride, too: “I’m able to fly home that often, so these are champagne problems, really.”
