Their husbands may have been battling for the presidency on Tuesday night, but Michelle Obama and Ann Romney were having a competition of their own: who could pull off an all-pink look better.

At the second presidential debate at Long Island’s Hofstra University, the First Lady and Romney both selected ensembles in the feminine hue, prompting many people to wonder on Twitter if it was a nod to Breast Cancer Awareness (recognized throughout the month of October).

Obama wore a hot-pink crepe Michael Kors sheath topped off with a cropped jacket in the same shade, plus a single strand of pearls. Romney went for an almost identical pink, sporting the color in the form of a cap-sleeve knee-length number, which she accessorized with a blue-green glass beaded necklace and a few golden bangles.

Both women completed their outfits with a nude lip, voluminous bobs and minimal eye makeup. So apparently Republicans and Democrats can agree on some things. Tell us: Who do you think wore her pink look better? Cast your ballot below!
