STYLE SHOWDOWN
We’ve entered Peak TV, and with that comes Peak TV Style and Beauty. Though the Emmy voters didn’t hand out nods to all the shows we loved this year, we couldn’t help recognizing the major fashion, hair and makeup looks that had us jumping off our couches for a standing ovation.

Best Wardrobe by an Overall Cast
Winner: Big Little Lies
Every character in this riveting series had a wardrobe as enviable as her beachside mansion - and more importantly, the clothes played an important role in defining each character. Who would the bubbly spitfire Madeline (Reese Witherspoon) be without her flirty A-lines? Of course Celeste (Nicole Kidman) needed a large collection of full-coverage turtleneck sweaters. And don't even get us started on Bonnie's (Zoë Kravitz) yoga-meets–boho collection of sports bras and colorful robes.

Buzziest Buzz Cut
Winner: Eleven, Stranger Things
Everyone from Kristen Stewart to Kate Hudson has been getting dramatic cropped cuts for their upcoming movie roles, but Millie Bobby Brown’s sheared strands as Eleven is still the buzz to beat. The psychokinetic wunderkind's Department of Energy makeover is as vital to her character as her Eggo waffle-loving ways.

Best Hair Texture by a Leading Lady

One way Liza (Sutton Foster) makes herself look like a millennial at her publishing job is by creating that perfectly tousled, just-rolled-out-of-bed hair texture. We are millennials at publishing jobs and our hair never looks that good.

Most Charitable Wardrobe
Winner: Dr. Mindy Lahiri, The Mindy Project
We love that the over-the-top OBGYN's outfits have always been as vibrant and attention-getting as the character herself, but we love it even more now that they're being auctioned off for a good cause! PEOPLE recently teamed up with the show, its stylist Salvador Perez and Charitybuzz to auction off pieces actually worn by Mindy Kaling’s character. Go to charitybuzz.com to bid on your favorites — all the proceeds will benefit the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Best Wardrobe of Any Real Housewives Newcomer
Tie: D'Andra Simmons and Kameron Westcott, The Real Housewives of Dallas
This season on RHOD, the diamonds, the closets and the Birkins are all bigger and better than we've ever seen thanks to its newest cast members. Between D'Andra's blinding jewelry collection and Kameron's serious commitment to her signature color, pink, these ladies' wardrobe are honestly more entertaining than the show's drama.

Best Dancing in a T-Shirt Since Tom Cruise in Risky Business
Winner: Francesca from Masters of None
Not even the tension of the will-they-won't-they storyline between Francesca (Alessandra Mastronardi) and Dev (Aziz Ansari) could distract us from Francesca's Euro-chic wardrobe. From her glamorous outerwear to pretty day dresses, she wore everything with ease, especially the oversize T-shirt from a snowbound dance in Dev’s kitchen.

Most ‘I’d Wear That' Flower Crown
Winner: Rebecca's Wedding Look, This Is Us
All flower crowns should be off limits unless they're styled as glamorously as Rebecca's (Mandy Moore) on her wedding day. She perfectly mastered that boho bridal theme with her crown, long-sleeve dress and long, wavy locks.
