Actor Dan Stevens, who played Matthew Crawley on the PBS series before his (still!) shocking departure at the end of Season 3, tweeted the recipe to a Downton cocktail he enjoyed in Seattle: “Oliver’s Bar ‘Downton Abbey’ cocktail: half a lime, squeezed, 3 parts Hendricks gin to 2 parts St Germaine, topped with Champagne. Nice.”
