Every Time Drew Barrymore Got Super Real About Beauty

Drew said what all women are probably thinking: that getting all dolled up is fun, but definitely exhausting too. "#becomingSheila time to get her rad nails. Gosh, being a girl is time consuming. No wonder I let it all go," she said on Instagram.

Drew brought her four-year-old daughter Olive with her for an appointment with colorist Tracey Cunningham, who "touched up" the toddler's roots alongside mom.

"With @traceycunningham1 round one #santaclaritadiet olive is hanging! And Tracey puts conditioner in foils on her for solidarity," Barrymore said on Instagram.

A few days before her visit to colorist Tracey Cunningham, Drew revealed her gray hairs, bushy eyebrows and fine lines on Instagram. "OH MY GOD How did I let it get this bad. Base and brows needed," the actress wrote.

Not only does the Santa Clarita Diet actress take public transportaion like a normal person, but she also applies her makeup in transit. She captioned this Instagram shot, "#commuterbeauty for all us girls on the go."

A solid hot yoga class leaves you sweaty and gross (in a good way!) as Drew demonstrated in yet another candid beauty pic.

"A shout out to my friends at @pureyoganyc thank you for the constant draining me of all worries through sweat, good music, a hot room and challenging classes. #workitout," she captioned her selfie.

It's just another busy day for Drew, who covered up her under-eye circles with her own Flower Beauty concealer while riding the subway.

Nope, it's not fancy candles and glasses of wine surrounding Drew's bathtub -- living with a 3 and 4-year-old means showering surrounded by Disney princess toy dolls! "When all the princesses crash our bath party. #mygirls," Barrymore said on Instagram.

Even when Drew isn't taking public transportation, the actress still touches up on the go (sans mirror in this case!).
