Claire Danes‘ Met Gala look is lit! The actress selected a light-up Zac Posen ball gown for the fashion-meets-tech “Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology” gala.
The actress, 37, glowed in a celestial-inspired strapless Zac Posen gown with glow-in-the-dark features at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala Monday evening.
“Celestial grandeur. Illuminating ballgown. Guess who? #metgala #zacposen #glamour,” the designer captioned the behind-the-scenes snapshot on Instagram.

Fans of Posen know that this isn’t his first foray into fashionable tech. The designer previously created another light-up design (worn by Lupita Nyong’o), an A-line number from his ZAC Zac Posen line, which flashed and blinked with dozens of LED lights for his collaboration with Google for the Star Wars: Force 4 Fashion event in N.Y.C.
