Chrissy Teigen Praises Tailors for Creating 'Crotch Patch' to Accommodate Her Growing Bump (PHOTO)
Usually when there’s a wardrobe mishap, stars like to keep those types of things under-wraps. But in case you didn’t know by now, Chrissy Teigen is not one of those celebs. (She’s the Queen of the TMI Instagram.) Even though she killed it (as usual) at her latest red carpet event, it certainly didn’t start out that way — just check out her before and after Insta!

The soon-to-be mom attended the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund event Tuesday with husband John Legend, and wore an asymmetrical top with a coordinating wide-leg pant (both Jill Stuart) and ADA Collection wrap belt. And the look came together thanks to Teigen’s great tailor.
In an Instagram post, the star praised the “miraculous” work of tailors for hemming her pants and using the leftover fabric for a “crotch patch” to accommodate her tiny baby bump. She also made sure to thank mom for the awesome pre-hair and makeup snap .

Always a candid social media user, Teigen never fails to keep us up-to-date on her wardrobe woes. At the 2015 CFDA Awards she shared the 5-inch rip of her Solace London gown, and he recently went completely bare-faced on air during a FABLife show taping.
Earlier this month, the stylish couple announced that they’re expecting their first child (with an adorable Instagram photo, naturally). Even though she’s still candid as ever on social media, Teigen said she won’t be talking much about her pregnancy. After receiving negative comments of her baby bump pic, she tweeted, “No more preg tweeting for me, lesson learned!! Back to food and reality TV and hay things.”
