Despite her supermodel status, Cara Delevingne has proven she’s not afraid to switch up her look: She’ll chop off several inches of her glorious blonde hair at a moment’s notice or take a Sharpie to her décolletage with aplomb. And now the 24-year-old tells PeopleStyle there’s another transformation she’ll embrace courageously: aging.

“Bring it on lines! I think lines are experience,” says Delevingne. “Women should accept that aging is a beautiful thing, it’s part of life, it’s not something you should fight, but something you should embrace.”

And she isn’t just comfortable with wrinkles. Delevingne, who took a brief break from modeling in 2015 in part because she hated the way she looked, is focusing on being confident within the skin she was given.

Click on any of her social media channels, and it’s clear from her profile tagline “embrace your weirdness” that she’s encouraging others to accept their individuality as well.

“It’s not about being weird. We’re all weird. It’s about being who you are and not trying to be anyone else,” she says.

For the face of Rimmel London that means keeping things mostly low-key when it comes to makeup. “I’m about [simplicity]. For me, it’s always been about the eyes and brows.”

Her favorite product? Rimmel London’s ScandalEyes liner. “I’m always down for a classic look: a really good cat eye [and] a beautiful red lip.”

Her skin care routine, however, is borderline lackadaisical. “Sometimes it’s so hard to wash my face and moisturize every morning and night! But I try as much as possible. I feel like it’s important to look after yourself.”
