Looks like we can check another box off our “What Stylish Stuff We Hope to See at Cannes” list — a dramatic hair change-up! And we’ve got Parker Posey to thank for it. The 46-year-old actress served up a great big helping of hair envy Friday at the Irrational Man premiere, where she debuted a vibrant new blond hue. It’s quite the departure from the dark brunette shade she was last repping. Check out the before and after for yourself.

Very glamorous, no?

Posey has been doing her red carpet rounds with her co-star (and our other hair crush of the day) Emma Stone, but for her earlier appearances, she hid her freshly updated do under a wide-brim hat. Add statement sunnies into the mix, and it was difficult to get a good view of her color.

That is, until she pulled a wardrobe change and swapped her hat for a glittering gold head wrap, giving the world a better peek at the back of her bob. Observe how the color perfectly coordinates with her hair accessory.
