Britney Spears is no longer just the pretty face behind Candie’s for Kohl’s ultra-girly ads. Taking to her Twitter page last week, the pop star tweeted, “At my photo shoot for the limited edition collection I designed for Candie’s! I think you guys will love it!” And now, Candie’s confirms that after three seasons, the spokesmodel has officially turned designer for the brand with Britney for Candie’s, an exclusive, limited-edition collection of apparel and accessories set to hit Kohl’s stores and this July. The new line will be a reflection of the star’s own personal style, with prices ranging from $24 to $58. Britney will continue her role as the model for Candie’s and show off her handiwork in another set of ads for her collection, due out this fall. Stay tuned for more information.
