There’s no doubt Blake Lively‘s red carpet style is an unstoppable, one-of-a-kind force. When she has a film to promote, Blake takes the talk show circuit by storm, doing one interview after the next in drop-dead gorgeous gowns and more mega-carat jewels than could be found in the vaults of twelve Saudi princes. The fact that she’s pregnant with her second child with husband Ryan Reynolds only adds to her glow — and adds another level of challenge for the star, who already had her black belt in red carpet attire.
Of course, this whole sartorial whirlwind is meant as promotion for her new film The Shallows, but we can’t help but feel like this is really The Blake Maternity Fashion Tour, serving up a master class in how to rock couture and sky-high heels while pregnant and make it look beyond easy. (And if you’re exhausted by the end, don’t worry: Blake says she will be too. “What I look like on a red carpet is not what I look like in real life,” she said. “It’s fun to dress up and look good on the red carpet but it’s not representative [of everyday].”

Blake kicked things off Monday with an outfit she jokingly called “way overdressed for 7 am:” an Elie Saab couture mini straight off the runway from the brand’s Spring 2016 Couture show. She added a Christian Louboutin Sweet Charity” crossbody bag (similar styles retail for about $1,900), $498 Stuart Weitzman, earrings from perennial favorite Lorraine Schwartz, and a double-row diamond ear cuff from Anita Ko that retails for $2050.
She then tempered her evening wear apparel with a Madewell denim jacket — a steal at $118, especially when you consider that it’s slung casually over a fresh-from-the-runway Jenny Packham lime chiffon gown with sequin and crystal floral embellished bodice.
And we haven’t even talked about the major jewel situation happening here yet. First, Jennifer Meyer created a custom pair of earrings for this look with a turquoise inlay and lapis drop to pair with the super summery maxi:
And then, there was also a whole smattering of rings mixing some of Blake’s tried and true favorites with a handful of new brands. She wore an Alison Lou “Cry Baby” signet ring featuring diamond tears and costing $2,650, a $725 Jennifer Meyer diamond and lapis ring, a Mociun turquoise bracelet, and Lorraine Schwartz evil eye bracelet.
Blake then went to do an interview on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon wearing a bright blue crossover bateau neck pencil dress from Cushnie et Ochs which retails for $995, paired with a pair of beaded Christian Louboutin “Miss Taos” heels that ring in at $2,495.
When it comes to jewelry, Blake is typically a Lorraine Schwartz loyalist, but she seems to be loving Alison Lou these days too, as she donned yet another pair of the designer’s creations with her look the next day — this time choosing a pair of diamond and enamel daisy studs, each of which are currently available for $2,970 for the set. She paired her floral earrings with another couture-casual look, donning a Michael Kors Fall 2016 white feather and sequin dress. And although it may appear as though she topped it with a $15 hoodie from Champion, that gray zip-up is cashmere and came down the runway with the dress.
She then did another one of her quick changes into a burgundy Oscar de la Renta dress, wearing it with a pair of big Lorraine Schwartz studs, a wrist full of gold Van Clef & Arpels bracelets, and some very swanky pearl-studded heels.
For the film’s big premiere, Blake managed to ratchet up her glam factor yet another notch, wearing this Carolina Herrera cocktail dress with a patent leather bustier top and big tulle skirt embellished with patent leather flowers. For a dress this major, the bling had to be equally big, so she called in an enormous emerald Lorraine Schwartz cocktail ring, 20-carat diamond and black onyx studs, and a black diamond ring.
And bcause after the film is the afterparty, Blake went for her most skin-baring look to date, a skintight black David Koma bodysuit with long sleeves, a turtleneck and a cutout across the shoulder, plus a skirt with a revealing mesh panel. She finished off with Ofira Jewels black and fancy diamond disc hoops, Lorraine Schwartz black jade and diamond bangles and a diamond asscher-cut bracelet.
